So I made it thru day 1 ok. I made homemade chicken noodle soup with corn bread on the side {i only ate a 1/4 of a piece (it was cut like a pie)}. I had a bowl and a half of soup and 1 glass of Sunny D. Went to the movie store and rented dvds after dinner. Walked the whole store so im counting that as my exercise lol.
