Ok so I didnt have time to get online bc I was working 2 jobs and then
didnt have internet when I went down to 1 job so I just kept going and
going and going thinking I was doing good till this AM
when I stepped on the scale and it said 260. I revamped my priorities
and with so much happening in my life right now I need to get my life
and weight on track. Now I just need to find a support system and get on
it.

Well its been a while but since I last posted I got a job at a gas station in my town. Its the grave yard shift but it pays lol. Im taking quick trim to stay awake and burn extra calories!!! So far so good. My feet and back hurt because im not used to standing for hours with no break but ill get used to it soon!!!

So I made it thru day 1 ok. I made homemade chicken noodle soup with corn bread on the side {i only ate a 1/4 of a piece (it was cut like a pie)}. I had a bowl and a half of soup and 1 glass of Sunny D.
Went to the movie store and rented dvds after dinner. Walked the whole store so im counting that as my exercise lol.

Scales {1-10, 10 being very bad}
Stress leval: 5
Energy leval: 8.5
Mood: 2.5
Went to bed at 12:00am {not good}
Day 1
Ok so today is day one and I am scared as, well as hell! This is my blog I can say that. {laughing to myself right now}
I am going to give my all to making this work. I have tried numerouse times to loss weight and have failed for one reason or another. Well this time I am not going to.
